As for the nuclear weapons, it still has the second largest amount after the United States. Many of the warheads, unfortunately, are being secretly given and sold to Middle Eastern and Asian countries, especially anti-American ones.

it's not communist anymore, for a good few years now. but they do have nuks, they are to big of a nation to get rid of them.
