Unfortunately, my Brain NEVER SHUTS UP!!!!! It often keeps me awake at night. (I think its trying to take over!!)

If the kids are home, I wonder what they're up to . If its just me alone in the house or car I mostly prefer the stereo. But sometimes, I can really revel in the sound of silence.

Both. Sometimes when it's silent, my brain shuts off and takes a vacation, sometimes it works a mile a minute.
