The USA is about as close as you can get to having, "Liberty and Justice for all". Many other nations have things such as a caste system, or social classes that dominate what they can do in life. Not so in America. Here people can still start out poor and become rich--it is the American dream.

None....... there are abuses and issues with all. No system is perfect and some who are innocent are unfairly judged and sometimes the guilty get off. But at least in a democracy one has the opportunity to plead ones case. In many places this is not so.
Say you live in the US for example. The police or fireman can be at your house in minutes. If you are accused of something wrong there is always a way of contesting it....... it may take some time though. Many people who complain do not appreciate what they have and look for endless problems.

Due to incompetence and corruption, if you are wealthy, you can purchase any kind of justice you like in the United States of America.
If you are poor, you'd better not be in the wrong place at the wrong time. It seems like prosecutors and looking for career opportunities at anyone's expense.
