I'm looking for a cooler for my Core 2 Duo E6420. Looking to overclock a little bit (Not too hardcore), and want the cooler in the cheap range (Sub ~$40). Thanks

The last guy is right, if you plan to overclock, the cooler is definately something you don't want to be cheap about. Here is a very good cooler, the Thermaltake Big Typhoon, for $39 plus shipping:http://www.xoxide.com/thermaltake-big-typhoon-hsf.html
Now you do need to make sure it can fit in your case. Measure and make sure you have at least 5 and a half inches of room above the processor. If this one won't fit, give me an email and I'll try to find something smaller.
