Do you believe in love at first site? Why or Why not??
I DO!! When I meet my husband I knew that he would be the one I would marry and spend the rest of my life with! He is my best friend, my companion, and my love! Life would not be the same without him! How about you? Any of you fall in love at first site and just knew they were the one?

I believe in LUST at first sight. If it become love, how nice. But a jerk can have great "packaging" and you'd certainly find that out if you married him after the first date or so.

And, there aint no such thing as "the one". We all live much longer now. Marriage to "the one" was common when we made it to age 33 or so, or died in childbirth...... as late as only 200or 300 years ago.

In today's world, we live well into our 70's or 80's or 90's, and love, and companionship, and discovery, travel and all the rest of it that is better shared when partnered is tooooo lovely to give only once. To say that someone was "The Love of Your Life" means that when that person dies, (and they do die, or you do) you (or he) will be forever alone.... how sad, and how wrong....

Hi,
Love at first site means its gift from god. when this happens your all heart expectation are meet by a person in a sight. You accepts her/him innocently without any thinking about his other social or professional views.
This is great thing to marry with the person, beloved at first site.

no. love involves a caring, understanding, communicative relationship. you don't exactly have all those from the first look. only thing you can gather from a person at first sight is what they look like. and looks are hardly a basis for love. mere infatuation, albeit strong, is not love either. i mean, at first sight, what could you possibly fallen in love with? his hair?

Depends. It's good if it is 'Friendship at first sight'. That would mean no enemies and friends all around.
