I had someone tell me once, that all of his bosses were stupid. He went through 5 jobs in the span of a year. I asked him, "Who is the one constant in this scenario?" He looked at me as if I was nuts, "You!' I said, "Don't you think it's about time that you started to look at it from a different angle?" The one constant was that he was the 'stupid person' who refused to acknowledge that the boss was the boss because he earned that position.
