are clothes cheaper in new york or san francisco?

im going to new york and san francisco and intend to buy a lot of abercrombie and fitch/american eagle clothes when i am over there.is it cheaper to buy it in new york or san francisco?thanks!

at a retail chain store the pricing should be the same. only difference would be the sales tax. SF has rather high sales tax, over 8.5% i think.
