I believe Franklin would state them most emphatically, and would be the leader of the movement to impeach George Bush and Dick Cheney. They are antithetical to everything Franklin believed about democracy.

Benjamin Franklin was one of the greatest intellectuals of all time. He is on a short list of those considered to be a polymath. His words still apply today. Jefferson is also on this list. Everyone should read their work, especially the Bush administration.

james dobson... by the fashion, Franklin and different enlightenment thinkers were seen by the large inhabitants of united states as Atheists...the philosophes less than pressure that faith grow to be utilized by those in power to regulate the commonplace public like slaves...they had to insure freedom of religion no longer because they were noble, yet because they didnt desire one particular sect to have too a lot impression...
