goths tend to wear alot of black (kind of wut they are known for). punks dont wear all black, and thay arnt afraid of color eather.

Punks don't necessarily wear black. They wear all kind of colors so that people can really notice them. Goths wear black because it is less flashy and they don't want people to bother them. Punks are more like check me out I'm colorful, come get a taste. Goth are more like stay away or you will be disturbed for a long time.

punks wear a lot of patches and what not and they like to use zebra and cheetah print..
tight pants and leather/denim jackets
goths mostly all in black with combat boots or sum ohter type of boots(although sum punks where these too)and they wear trench coats(sometimes)
but all this ios the typical stereo-type...
oh and punks usually have crazy hair styles and colors and goths have usually black straight long in their face hair..
