Both - my team are on the verge of their second consecutive promotion but it will be my last season following them (never missed a game for 7 seasons home or away) as I am moving abroad.

I guess it's tears. My team is Watford and we have been relegated today. However, I feel a sense of relief because we have now been 'put out of our misery' so to speak.
I was reasonably optimistic at the start of the season because I thought we could stay up, even though I predicted a hard struggle. In the opening months, it looked fairly promising because we were hard to beat, and were getting points from battling draws.
However, I started to feel we would get relegated after our dismal home defeat to Sheffield United. This was a game we had to win as they were probably going to be a team near us in the league - the proverbial six pointer, and we lost.
Since then, I have felt that relegation was a case of not if but when, and the when is today.
I do think though that AB has spent well in the transfer window, so our squad should be good enough to have a tilt at winning the Championship next season.....

Champagne as soon as the football season comes to an end and I can hold a decent conversation with my husband or have a Sunday outing without having to rush back for the game on TV.
