If he doesn't love you, why are you even with him ? And why should it matter to you whether or not he wants you to be with someone else ? He doesn't own you.
If you and he don't have a loving relationship, move on--you don't owe him anything. Try to find the man who will love you and respect you.

Oh, sorry. I mis-read that. He doesn't want YOU to be with with someone else. Maybe it's like this: He doesn't like his car, but he wouldn't want someone to steal it, because it's the best one he's got.
The better question is, if your man doesn't love you, why don't YOU want to be with someone else?
Bottom line is, you need to get some self-respect and leave this relationship. He doesn't sound worth your time.

because he really doesn't know what he wants and he will string you along as long as possible. If being in love and having that love reciprocated is important to you then you need to move on. However, if your satisfied with his detached possesiveness then continue on. I wish you well.

Men are like dogs sometimes. We mark are territory and no matter if we walk there or not we don't want to see other dogs there. Just dump the looser. You can do better.
