I'm sure if the FBI wanted to access the Internet it will ., but there is a thing called invasion of privacy,and the Internet would be one of these ,one can never be to sure who is checking up on them and how.

well im not sure about the FBI as they are sackless have you seen the film of JOHN WAYNE GACEY AKA THE KILLER CLOWN they knew he was a killer but they still let him run riot they even let TED BUNDY out of jail enough said on AMERICA'S FBI !!!

Certainly, it is allowed under the patriot act..Yahoo fought it, but it was rule to be legal in certain situations..
