start taking private lessons for the Cessna and move from there. Pilots' experience are measured in fly time (hours in flight). The more you have, the faster you move to the next level. Are you in a school that offers aeronautics? If yes, enroll in their flight program, if not, you might need to start in the private sector.

enrol for an aviation course.. Kingfisher has got aviation training courses, wherein you study in other countries like US when you're training and then come back and work for the airlines (this is considering you want to be a pilot for a private airlines)
