You would think that they would but I bet they wouldn't. They would return to their homeland after all they came here for an easy life and wartime is never easy. Most of them moan enough at present about the country that was stupid enough to accept them.

To gain American citizenship , an immigrant can join the armed forces to speed up the process. Many " immigrants " are over in Iraq and Afghanistan right now fighting for freedom . Which is more than we can say about the sons and daughters of our senators and congressmen. ......... Btw, German Americans did a pretty good job in WWII.

Some would some wouldn't, People. are people the world over all the same. We have many cultures fighting with us and have had for many many years. Just look at the way it used to be in Ireland they had both side fighting who live on the same bl**dy island.

Lots of immigrants are already fighting in Bush's little bloodbath in Iraq and America was never even in any danger.

All or ancestors we immigrants but if your talking about relatively new generation they probably would flee to their homeland!
