we started off getting to know eachother, and after a week he asked to come of and I said too soon for that. I live alone that's why. I wanted to take our time for at least a few weeks. It's been a few weeks but since that day. He stopped calling everyday. Now only every3-4 days. He asked me out a week 1/2 ago but hasn't followed up on that. He from another culture. I love that. I wonder if he's not interested in me. I want to invite him over now but he hasn't called in 3 days. I hate waiting. I've done good though-haven't called hardly at all since we met. I have run into to him that was 3 days ago and haven't heard from him. I just can't figure out if he likes me. I don't want to ask him, it's too soon for that. But I do want to feel him out and see if coming will be better to hang out. Then we don't have to spend money. We are both short on money in our jobs. He works FT and goes to school almost FT.

I would say that he isn't that interested in a relationship that means spending a lot of time with someone. It probably has nothing to do with you just he has a full plate right now. Give him time.

From the information you give, it sounds like he was looking for something other than a real relationship. He was looking to hook up. When you balked at having him over, he lost interest pretty fast. He stopped calling and the only time you ever see him is when you accidentally run into him somewhere. When you did run into him, he acted like he wanted to take you out on a date, but never followed through. If he really wanted to get together with you for a relationship, he wouldn't have stopped calling. Don't waste any more time on this guy. Move on and find someone who will appreciate you without having to sleep with you first.

Sorry, you say you ran into him 3 days ago,, but he hasent contacted you or called since,,, Sounds like maybe you wasen't what he expected,,, and I would say he isn't interested..... Otherwise it seems he'd have contacted you shortly after running into you if he wanted to be with you,,,
