I have done some of them but i need to find out the bond angle between them. So, guys u need not find all of them, just a few will do.

H2CO- TRIGONAL PLANAR
SF2- ANGULAR
CHCl3-TETRAHEDRAL
CIF3- TETRAHEDRAL

XeF4-SQUARE PLANAR [NOT SURE]

H2CO is trigonal planar, with ~120 degree angles (the carbonyl oxygen will take up a bit more room)
SF2 is bent, with angles less than 109.5 degrees
CHCl3 is tetrahedral, with angles roughly 109.5 degrees
ClF3 is T-shaped, with the angles less than 90 degrees (tow lone pairs on the chlorines)
ICl5 is trigonal bipyramidal, with 120 degree angles among the equatorial chlorides and 90 degree angles with the axial
XeF4 is square planar, with 90 degree angles between the fluorines
