lol. just to let you know, mcdonalds salad has more calories than a classic hamburger from there...yeah, just incase you wanted to really stay away from the junky food. why dont u make your own salad? much nicer :) anyway, i'm having yogurt and an english muffin. good luck

Actually even the salad at Mickey D's is sugar laced and full of prservatives--it is all junk food..
I am having some hummus that I make myself, pita bread, and a fruit salad
Take it from me--take care of the body that God gave you NOW - So that you can remain grateful for it- and so that you wont be forced when you are my age to live on nuts, and twigs.

I just flew to Paris from America, so my time is all mixed up and I don't really feel like eating.
I suggest that if you don't want junky food, you make yourself a sandwitch or something and avoid McDonalds.

Lunch is for me tomorrow because it's night in Beijing. A friend has put me on to a Aussie restaurant here. It might be a porter house and all the extras - who knows? But it will be a blast from home.

Summer Sausage and Swiss Cheese sandwich, and Broccolli and Cheese frozen entree, Jalapeno and cheese crackers, and a Coke. I know it's alot of cheese isn't it? LOL
