Hi all we all know of Virginia Tech and feel sorrowful for the victims so im sure you share the same experience as I. I cried when looking at the photos of the victims and I get depressed when violent events happen in the world. I know grieving for others losses is morally correct, Id feel terrible if I didnt. But I like to be happy and my day goes sad when things like this happen especially when its in the news all the time. I mean our lives too must go on and we must forget sooner or later but I just feel so bad for those people, can you imagine being in their shoes and seeing a young, depressed, crazy, unstoppable asian man shooting people in front of you and at that moment you wonder whats going to happen to me? They said to God "I dont want to die". None of them did. They didnt deserve it. How do we cope with this in mind? I feel bad not grieving and I feel bad grieving. Its hard to say "just forget about it Aaron". But I must. We must. Well what are all of your thoughts?

Seems like you (and most other people) have developed an aversion to "feeling bad" as if that's something to be avoided at all costs. Yes, you "like to be happy". I'm pretty sure everyone does. But if you were happy all the time, how would you ever know that you were happy. Grieving is healthy. Feeling bad, even very bad, on occasion, is healthy. It's an opportunity to reevaluate what is truly important in life, to realize and appreciate how fragile life is. Yes. Life must go on, but that's not to say life shouldn't pause now and then.

i imagine its completely typical to be in touch after being so on the point of that tragedy. you is not likely a similar back. you want to imagine about what you recognize. guns were banned on campus. All that performed replaced into to create an section the position a shooter replaced into threat-free. you need to also ask, if guns are banned are the police going to provide up their guns? If no longer why no longer? you want to ask yet another question. If guns are banned on campus why could "duly sworn regulation officials" favor to carry guns on campus? Why do not you ever hear about a mass capturing at a gun teach or an NRA convention? they have were given a large number of guns there. the reason being common, an armed society is a well mannered society. in case you want to shoot as a lot of human beings as conceivable in basic terms bypass someplace that guns are banned.
