Paranoid, no.
Killings bumming me out, of course.
Wishing children were raised with better self esteem, problem solving skills, and coping mechanisms, yes!
Hoping that in the future, when people see the signs of a distraught individual, sitting on the edge of sanity, that they will at least attempt to reach out and offer some help before its too late, you bet.
Feeling as though we have become de-sensitized to these types of catastrophic events.
Offering my condolences to all who's lives were effected by this tragedy.

Yeah sometimes I do think I'm starting to get paranoid because it seems there's no where to go to feel safe anymore. I feel like you do sometimes, hiding out in a cave or something! lol I know that the world has always had wars and conflicts and murderers for that matter. It is just that now we actually see minute by minute coverage of all these tragedies....they are brought into our homes via the media/tv. Some days I just have to turn the news off because I just don't want to think about it all anymore. I guess we all just have to live for the moment and be thankful for each day that we make it through.

Hi Coolgem
It seems that the VT massacre (April 16th, 2007) came almost exactly EIGHT YEARS after the Columbine School shootings (April 20th, 1999).
(Did Cho get the dates mixed up?)
As a matter of interest, how many mass murders do you estimate occurred in the US between those two dates? And how many people, in total, died in those mass murders - including murders who were killed or killed themselves.
Is it really time to retreat to the bat cave?

definite it pisses me off... If somebody had a gun, and the stones to stand up for their fellow guy, it could have been stopped in the previous 13 human beings have been killed. In all the circumstances. police officers could get some heavier hearth potential, in my view i may well be rolling with a HK G36 in my front of the motor vehicle. the international is a loopy place anymore, there should not be no answer to why.. the ingredient that disgusts me is they had a vigil for that piece of **** cop killer in Oakland, CA.. God damn ill.. cuz he grew to become into killed by potential of them, the bastard can rot in hell.

this is a nice question to ask from an Iraqi.you see each day 200-400 people die there and whose fault is it?you well know that.
yeah I know the truth is bitter.over 650000 people are killed there.keep giving me thumbs down unless you open your heart towards the truth and feel the pain they're suffering from.yes, I'm so sorry for 32 students, but could you please tell me the answer for this math problem? 650000-32?
