It can matter in some cases and yes, it is certainly possible for two and more people to be in complete agreement.

No, I don't think it matters. What is more important when two people disagree is comfort to share an opinion, tolerance for differences and acceptance that we might have different viewpoints.

If some of our agreements/disagreement come from having different lives, I would expect a certain amount of disagreement.

Although, sometimes people consider this to mean that they are misunderstood.
