Of Course we have them for covert operations if we ever need them. Russia has them also along with England, Israel and other western countries with nuclear weapons. They've been around since the 1960's that I know of. I've never heard of one being used though.

I'm sure they have them. Just have to be quiet about it and condem other countries that have nukes to draw away attention and to protect themselves from being caught in a huge contradiction.

Yes, but then again I think the president is controlled by aliens, and freedom is something that they plant in our heads, and try to make us believe so we don't overthrow the government.
