Absolutely not. When I was a toddler -mom's stayed home and people weren't smoking weed in my part of the world - sorry.

Yes, Two of my uncles would take us to the park and tell us to go play and then they would sit at the benches and light up some blunts with their friends.

my older sister did, but she never gave me a shot-gun. Wish i had a good one right now though!!!! It seems that there are some people who don't know what a shot-gun is!!! I do, and i love them!!!!

Actually this is a very sound question, however if you are going to use it as an excuse that your parents are the cause of your delinquency, i doubt that it would hold up.

My uncle would buff up his hash, roll it and smoke it right in front of me and my mother knew. No shotguns I'd just sit there and inhale that wonderful aroma

I think you need to go back and edit your additional information.... Blew you an occasional shotgun doesn't make any sense.... And as for the foundations, why would there be foundations supporting this crap......
