yes you can and the word that defines a camp person who is actually straight is a metrosexual.

Yeah my husband works with a guy called camp Ritchie and he's married..... to a woman but he's like a proper queen
Unless in a few years he'll shock us all and do a barrymore.... you look back now and think how did no-one ever guess?

Yeah... I know this guy who when i first met him i was sure he was gay but he turns out to be married and have 2 kids and says he does not fancy men and i beleive him!!!!
Also my step dad camps it up really well.. he isnt gay but totally in touch with his feminine saide!

YES!!!
I have a dear friend who is most assuredly straight...but he's probably the most "campy" person I've ever met!
He's involved in theatre, has Broadway show posters lining his condo, sews his own Renaissance garb, uses his hands when he talks, throws his hips as an exageration, and uses the word "darling" more often than a creepy Aunt!
And he does it all on purpose! He knows he's campy and throws it on extra thick!
But he's definitely straight!

Of course! You can be camp and straight, you can be butch and gay. I once knew a very camp lesbian, you don't see many of those about!

Met many camp men who insist they are straight. Have met many ultra masculine men who are gay. You cannot generalise. It takes all sorts to make a world.
