I want to know if I can and how much of the Hard Disk I can transfer to RAM.

You can not convert hard drive space to RAM.

But you can set aside hard drive space for virtual RAM. This is the swap space that Windows operating systems use when you use other programs. Though it does not mean that you will suddenly have minimum RAM requirements for other programs. It is just a side storage space for data your OS is working with at the time.

Why bother when Windows does it automatically for you as virtual memory whenever you run out of available RAM. But then, virtual memory is sssooohhh sssllloooowww, unless your processor is even slower.

You can also manually adjust the size of virtual memory.

Consider buying more RAM. They're cheap nowadays but maybe not for long.

no ram is random access memory, it is volatile, a portion of hard disk cannot be used as ram.
