In many parts of the world , topless modeling is accepted & pictures of topless models are printed in routine on websites & magazines. In India its not allowed.If any one knows that how Google Adsense , views pictures of Topless models, are they categorised adult & are considered offensive or normal.

Good luck in expecting anyone from Adsense to respond to you. If you want a response from the Adsense team itself, contact them through their contact us form

Topless models are considered adult content, and Adsense does not permit sites showing those pictures displaying their ads. They can ask you to remove the Adsense codes from those sites or terminate your account

Since there is no censorship, it is for viewer or for the person who is submitting the photo or message ; to decide whether it is for all or for adults. Adults means they can apply logic to see whether the message is correct right or wrong. Or the photo is arousing unnecessary sexual feelings or not. So that the purpose of the message is not wrongly interpreted.
