His TONE of voice & repeating & repeating stridently was a bit threatening sounding, but he didn't actually threaten.
Yes, it was bad, but geez, I sound worse than that with my child at times!
We don't know if it was the first time something like that has happened. If it was the first time, then it WAS bad; but if she has a habit of not communicating or trying to let him into her life, then he's got a chip on his shoulder & hurt / hard feelings like he's being pushed out....so whatever--
It's probably fairly common in divorce/custody/visitation situations.

He is not a nice person and knows nothing about children. Most men don't understand that you can't demand love. From his treatment of his daughter you can see in full focus how his parents treated him when he was her age. It's very sad but not excusable.

it was bad!! literally! his daughter's 11!!! and omg she didnt answer the fone at 10:00 pm!! who cares!! she could have been sleeping!! no kid likes to be yelled at unless there.... different....
