I currently have an Assoicate's degree in Business Mngt. which I completed in 2000. I ran into some things in life that prevented me from transferring at the time and moving on to a Bachelor's or Master's degree. If I start back to school now, what is the time limit at most universities for transferring junior college credits?

This seems to vary a lot by school, but I would say that at most you are still within range. It depends upon the articulation agreements which the universities have with the junior colleges. Most are fairly forgiving, because both sides really want to encourage degree completion.
