A fetish is sort of like an obsession. It is often sexual, but doesn't have to be. If you have a foot fetish, it means you are sexually aroused by feet, but a lot of women say that they have shoe fetishes, and all that means is that they are madly and non-sexually in love with expensive shoes. With a bra, that could really go either way. The girl could be saying that you're obsessed with wearing pretty bras, or that you're sexually aroused only when bras are present.
