Yes I agree ! Simple reason for that Indian don't require those extra minutes which other require to get ready for the real act, Indians are REALLY HOT ! Hope you understand this !

But don't worry, FASTER OR NOT isn't serious problem. Quality of sex is more important than that.
In addition, such a national average time is meaningless, because sexual relation is a very personal thing and you should simply think about yourself, not the national average.
