actually one of my friends have been followed by this guy who stays in the neighbourhood. Her parents know his but they arent close. they dint know each other until this guy started to follow her and even gotta know her name, which college etc. He is pestering her and she is fed up. She has made it clear that she doesnt love him still he follows her like a dog behing a moving vehicle.. Can u give me a solution for this problem please? her mom knows about this.

my cousin also had a similar problem.her parents gave a police complaint n dat guy was warned.if this is too harsh ask u r friend to talk to his parents.the police thing really works.i saw it in my cousin's case

It doesn't matter if they are close or not, her parents should try to find out if this guy has parents. Then contact his parents and ask them to address the problem. If he doesn't stop, call the police. In fact, even without telling her parents, she should report this to the police. They will speak to the guy and warn him against doing this.

Sometimes guys do this because they don't know how else to express how they feel. If I were her I'd tell him that it's ok if he wants to like me, but that's invading personal space. If her mom knows about it, she should do something about it. I think you should tell her that you're concerned for you friend, and that something needs to be done about this guy.
