Which one is better?? Paint Shop Pro XI or Paint Shop Pro X? Because I see the price are quite the same...

I have used every version of PSP from version 6 up. Every time they come up with a new version, it seems to be more and more complicated to find the tools you're used to using. However, PSP 11 hasn't moved a whole lot (location wise) from 10 and the preloaded tools are actually a little better.
You may as well go with 11 as it's the newest version and will be supported longer than 10 will.

Its a personal thing, depend on if any extra features you need in XI, personally, if you simply wish to edit pictures, resize them , use PainShop7, its fast and very stable.
