1)Did you install the proper video drivers?
2)Right click on desktop; go to properties; click Display tab.
Is the device enabled?
Click advanced.
The control might be there.
Is the TV set up properly?
Is it set to Video1, Video2, SVHS, channel 3 or 4?
Wiggle the connectors.
