Well, that would depend on what your definition of fast is. To me, that car would not be fast, but I drive a car with a big v-8 and tons of horsepower that is geared for fast acceleration.
We would need to know what type of car it is and what the weight of the car is. If you know the weight then you can make a somewhat educated guess on how fast the car is going to be with the other information.

Yes your car is fast, fast enough to be a track or race car, looks like it has very good acceleration as well, all people do is look at the horsepower and engine size, but the one thing I LOOK at is the weight, your car is 2600 pounds, That is lighter than ferraris lamborghinis and other exotics, with the exception with some tvrs and lotus, and the horsepower to weight ratio is great for your car, so yes it is very QUICk, NOT FAST as in top speed but its got some speed aceleration..

yep, it is fast enough to get you killed. It sounds like a very reasonable car but it doesn't lack as this car with two persons on board will get up and go. This is about a ton and a half with 195 hp, I am guessing that it ought to feel like a pacer (harness race horse ) pulling hard at it traces. Ten years ago a new BMW 328 only had a 190 hp. and that was a six cylinder

What kind of a car is it? from the engine spec it looks to me like a 1999 Acura GSR, am I right????
Those cars are quick but if you want the most out of it you need to tune it.
