Question

There is a girl that I met on the internet and we had sex on our third date.
I dont know what to expect from this and since I am from Greece I dont know how things like that work here.
Is that how these things work here in America?
Should I consider it something serious for the future or its just an adventure?

I am wondering because she is still active at yahoo personals. Her activity says-active during the last 24 hours
She also doesnt believe me that I dont have a wife and kids

I don't believe that human nature is affected by what part of the world you're from.

It's completely up to her how this 'thing' will work (oh and you too, of course). However it works (or doesn't) isn't any clue how it would work with another girl from the U.S.

Well, at least it was on the third date and not on the first date. But it does happen.

It seems like it could be an adventure but I wouldn't put all of your expectations for that. It could lead to something more serious/stable.

Don't get yourself hung up on the fact that she is still active on personals especially within the last 24 hours. It happens. She could be responding back to a message that she received.

As far as the "wife and kids" thing, take her to your place to show her.

If she had thought it was serious at all she would have already taken her profile off. Having sex nowadays doesn't mean much to some people. If she doesn't believe you don't have a wife and children, than ask yourself, is this the type of woman you would want, that means she had sex with you thinking you were married.

John, sex is pretty casual in America among some young women and absolutely taboo until marriage among others. You should not read too much into the relationship until you know her better. If there is an issue of trusting you, she may be too immature or have other problems. For now, enjoy your relationship until you know if you want this to go any further.

Uhm, it's probably best you use it just for sex. Unless, of course, Greek men don't mind being the boyfriend of a girl who's been with half the internet.
