Racism also includes what we are taught and what we believe about others. The can still know when someone is of a different race and hold biases, prejudice and act in a racist manner.

Yes. They might not be able to see, but stereotypes talk about behaviours, so they learn to pair colour of skin with behaviours. There is a lot of stereotyping through jokes, and the media (including television, radio, music, news, etc.)

anybody can be racist,you don't have to be blind to be racist.it has nothing to do with your state of health.its your mentality and the way you see the world or the way you are thought to see and feel around you.
