Either do a web search on Pharmaceutical companies, and check their web sites for open positions, or go to a job search site like hotjobs, com or monster.com, type in "Pharmaceutical sales rep" in the keyword search, and your zip code of choice in the selection box, and see what comes up. You can review the postings for specific job requirements, such as degree, and years of experience required.
Also if you are still in college, or a recent grad, you can check at your school's Career Placement office - they will have positions for new graduates, and may have other resources you can take advantage of. Also, don't forget that you can ask your professors, if they are in a related field, for advice, references, and possible connections.
Good luck!

From my understanding, most pharm companies require some sort of sales experience. I work for a company called ADP (Automatic Data Processing) and a lot of recent college grads start their career at ADP selling payroll. ADP is known as having a great sales training program, and many of our payroll reps are "snatched up" by pharm companies 1-2 years after starting. ADP is a solid company and the job is a great entry-level position. They have offices in every major city.
