3/(2x-3)+2x/(3-2x) = -3/(3-2x) + 2x/(3-2x)
= (2x-3) / (3-2x)
= - (3-2x) / (3-2x)
= -1

3-a/a^2-9 = -(a-3)/(a+3)(a-3) = -1/(a+3)
a/(a+3) - 1/(a+3) = (a-1)/(a+3)

Question 1 should read as:-
3/(2x - 3) + 2x/(3 - 2x)
= [3 (3 - 2x) + 2x(2x - 3)] / [(2x - 3).((3 - 2x)]
= [9 - 12 x + 4x² ] / [(2x - 3).(3 - 2x)]
= (2x - 3)² / ((2x - 3).(3 - 2x)
= (2x - 3) / (3 - 2x)
Question 2
a/(a + 3) - (3 - a) / (a - 3.(a + 3)
a/(a + 3) +(a - 3)/(a - 3).(a + 3)
a / (a + 3) + 1 / (a + 3)
(a + 1) / (a + 3)
