With a normal pregnancy, you can keep doing it right up until your water breaks. Do check with your doctor or midwife first if you've been treated for premature labor or if you're having any problems with your pregnancy, such as a shortened or dilated cervix, leaking amniotic fluid, placenta previa, or bleeding, or if you have a history of miscarriages. There are some instances when you should avoid having sex.
But as long as your pregnancy is normal, you won't hurt the baby by making love, even with your partner on top. The thick mucus plug that seals the cervix helps guard against infection. The amniotic sac and the strong muscles of the uterus also protect your baby. Though your baby may thrash around a bit after orgasm, it's because of your pounding heart, not because he knows what's happening or feels pain.

If there is no problem with the pregnancy, and making love is still comfortable for the both of you, you can continue to have sex right up until the baby is due.
I have had four children, and my husband and I did. There was twice we stopped for a while as I had spotting (we waited a month after) but continued our love life otherwise.
So being pregnant is not a reason in itself to stop enjoying this part of you relationship.

You can have sex right up until you are comfortable to do so. I had sex the night before I was induced and I was 9 months and 9 days. I had heard it could actually induce labor so I was willing to try anything.

You can all the way throughout labor if its a healthy pregnancy...the problem is you might lose your sex drive at around 6-7 months and not even want to ...enjoy it now while you can!

As long as both you and your wife feel comfortable. (As she gets bigger, you may find it more difficult to find a comfortalbe position, but there is not danger to your wife or the baby).
