Not giving him the dignity of being the man and final decision -maker. Not respecting him, and not being appreciative of all the ways he tries to show his love. Complaining that he doesn't love and care about her, when he is breaking his back to provide for her and his family. And last but not least, being unfaithful physically or emotionally.

Cheating is a part of it,but the worst thing a woman can do to a man is break his pride down. A man has a natural tendancy to be the "ruler", the head of his domain. A man needs to be respected to live to his full expectations. And it is fine for a man to want to be the head of household as long as he doesnt take advantage. The worst thing a woman can do is try to override that. When you do something like that you take away his whole being and it really hurts him. He has a role to play and when you try to play it it makes him feel really bad. It would be like a man telling his wife" this house is trashed and you dont do anything about it Im hiring a maid" He would be taking away a womans pride. You have to treat a man like a man! Cheating is bad cause a man looks at his woman as his, not that he controls you or owns you but he has pride in the fact that you are his woman. When you cheat you again take away that sense of pride and hurt him.Men are great you just have to make sure they feel like a man. Women are not under men dont misunderstand me, but a woman plays a big part in what kind of a man he is. Keep him happy dont try to be above him cause you could destroy him. Praise him dont hurt him. He has a big heart in most cases so dont go out of your way to break it.

The worst thing a wife could do to break her man's heart is to have an extramarrital affair....especially in their own bed!! That to me is the worst thing anyone could do to their spouse. If a man (or woman) came home and found their spouse in their bed, I could see justifiable homicide.

#2 saying you don't love him, or never telling him you love him
#3 cutting him off sexually
#4 belittling his dreams, and/or every thing he does -- esp. in front of others
