I have a job interview in 1 hour....retail management, I have dark blonde hair about to the middle of my back...should I wear it up or down?

if the interview is with a man, wear it down...with a female, wear it up...sounds dumb but it's true.

Down, neatly tucked behind your ears - I think that makes a happy medium.

Hair up will be better for higher lever position.
Hair down will be better for communication with people for attraction.

tie it back with a nice barrette, you will look like your hair is not the most important thing to you
