Music that only have rhythm and sounds in them. Especially those that have soothing and relaxing effect. I tried Google, only to realize I have no idea what I'm looking for. Please help.

Oh i forgot. Does "Instrumental" cover all kinds? I mean, it doesn't have some sub-kind does it? (e.g. Fruit - Apples - Golden Delicious.) Music - Instrumental - ??

Instrumental, but you also may be looking for "nature sounds". The ones where there may be some music in them, but the main sounds are things like rain or birds.
Of course there are different types of instrumental music. You can start with classical, and find just about anything where people aren't singing with it. Even songs with lyrics may be recorded as instrumental only.
I like the "environmental" or "nature sounds" where there may be a flute in the background, but it's a tape of thunderstorms and rain, or a the ocean waves. Relaxes me into a near coma.

Instrumental music has no lyrics. Atmospherics, Relaxation, R&B, Jazz, Classical...all are soothing to me. Check them out on some of the on-line radio stations before you buy CD's or MP3's.
