I have researched both hotels, and I think that the Hyatt Regency Orlando International Airport (OIA) hotel is better than the Hilton GVC. The Hilton Grand Vacations Club (GVC) has a few complaints from tripadvisor.com. I would recommend you stay at the Hyatt OIA.

Hilton GVC is the real deal. It is a timeshare. I have stayed there 2x. You will save a lot of money if you purchase a timeshare there. 13k to 20k buys you a week every other year. You can stay at any of the grand vacation clubs. You don't have to ever visit your home resort. We bought ours in Vegas. We have been to Orlando and Hawaii. We estimate we would have paid 5-7k for the type of accomodations we received. You can use it until you die and transfer it to your heirs.
