w.c. will bump u around forever...you "may" need to look at getting a lawyer to help you out. to make sure you get all that you should be. the w.c. doctors, mostly, do what w.c. asks them to do. usually they have people making major medical decisions in the insurance companies that know nothing about medical!!!! you really need that MRI to find out what's causing all this, before something major happens to you too!!! all this has been bad enough!

take the MRI and get a second opinion too...you can request one of w.c. too, but they'll drag their butts on this too!

Dizzy and blackout spells? How about some cardiac testing first! You must rule out medical cause before you can look at orthopedic cause!!!

Although, I will say that dizziness can be caused by a cervical disc hernitation and is NOT likely in shoulder related pathology.

It is time for you to go to a Chiropractor. You have the right to choose your own doctor under a worker's comp claim. Call around, find a GOOD chiropractor and then explain what has been done and that you are under a worker's comp. claim. You are having medical stuff done when you need to have your spine adjusted.

I agree with the other answer. You need to see a chiropractor as soon as possible. I have enclosed a link where you can find a qualified chiropractor in your area.
