With everyguy being so "Metro" now it is getting hard to tell. There are a number of things that will make a guy appear gay. Usually it is their mannerisms (How they talk, walk and hold themselves while around other people) but nothing is 100% foolproof unless you catch him in the middle of a sexual act with a guy...usually that is a good sign that he is gay.

If you see a guy gazing fondly into another man's eyes, then kiss him with tongue, you can be pretty sure one or both are gay.
