Im making a new pc. I will buy a amd cpu, new ram, a new case... and keep hard drives and graphic card from the old one. But I have a problem... My graphic card is agp, not pci, so I need a motherboard with a agp slot... I don-t know if it exists, since the pci graphic cards are more actual... Please help me, give me names of motherboards compatibles... My graphic card is an Ati radeon 9600 pro 256mb. My new system will have a AMD X2 4200 cpu, 2GB ram, so it have to be compatible with these components... Thank you

PS... It would be better that the motherboard had firewire.

is the board an amd or intel?then look at the specs of the MB see how many pin board it is and it will also tell you the max cpu cap.Read the box the info that comes with it if you still waiting for the board ask the supplier those questions.or read the info about the board.
