Hi, i'm planning to develop a system called 'ward assets management system'. However, a lecturer told me that one of my friend propose the same title although we both have different focus.

Therefore, can anyone help me to rephrase the 'management system' maybe something like 'supervision' or anything. You guys are better in english than me :)

Your lecturer misinformed you about the term "Management System", it's generic, everyone uses it.

Try this:

Ward Assets Tracking System as an example.

Or, just be more specific about what your system does.

"Queen to handle United countries" is appropriate for a newspaper headline, if that's what you're going for. you may upload "the" earlier UN, yet that in basic terms relies upon on how formal you're being, and/or how plenty area you may desire to artwork with.
