you're probably looking for "Cupid's Chokehold" by Gym Class Heroes because it's newer, although the line "take a look at my girlfriend, etc." was taken from the Supertramp song.

The original song is called "Breakfast in America" and was from the album of the same name. FallOut Boy is either doing a kind of "homage" or else they are mocking it, in the video in Gym Class Heroes - Cupid’s Chokehold... In fact the "ba-da-da-da" is actually a sample from the Supertramp song... and many of the lines are actually lifted - almost whole although they seem intentionally twisted a bit, so I'm not sure if it should really be considered a new original song based on the old one or a pop reference to Supertramp or sort of a parody. I leave it to you to decide for yourself.
