What a mess. I imagine this makes for an uncomfortable work environment.
I feel so sorry for his wife. She has a right to know about this. If I was her, I would want to know that my husband was a cheater.
As for your sister, what is she thinking? I would be so disappointed in my sister if she did such a thing. If she finds it necessary to cheat with a married man, why choose your boss?

Bring the matter in the open. Tell his wife. Easy to say but be brave and explicit. Confront your boss and tell him not to use ur sister like that

I would up date my resume if I were you. When it hits the fan you will need a new job [ trust me on this one] . Ask your sister to stop , I don't think this will work but you could try.
