Smarter, stronger, less temperamental, like the other guy said, hangovers hurt a bit worse. Less impulsive, more into dressing in classic things than trendy ones. More likely to think things through than I used to be.

It feels good in ways, because friends in their late 20's early 30's will come to me and ask what to do and I can honestly rely on my own experiences to tell them, "Well, if you do A, then, this will happen , but, if you do B, it'll come out a lot better, I know."

It is good and mature age. but so many diesease starts from 40 years. but sex point of view it is a good age for man and women.
