That`s joke word ask anyone concerned with dealing with US government over Guantanamo bay detainees. People who lock other up indiscriminately will leave a gaping wide hole in the civil rights of ordinary poor folk from poor countries. I hope you know what i mean. I personally cannot believe why citizens of USA are so quite about this erosion of civil liberties of people by their government.
